1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the Inside Out Legal, LLC Web Site (the “Site”) and any online service location, including a mobile application, that posts a link to this Policy and also applies to your use of interactive features, widgets, plug-ins, applications, content, downloads and other services (collectively the “Service”) that Inside Out Legal, LLC (“Company”) owns and controls and makes available through an online service or wherever Company posts a link to this Policy, regardless of how you access or use the Service, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or electronic media. – ZoomInfo. We use ZoomInfo for {describe}. View ZoomInfo’s privacy policy. This list may be updated and modified from time to time by Company in its sole and absolute discretion. Information that you voluntarily provided will be maintained as Company deems appropriate to fulfill the purpose for which you provided the information, until you request us to remove it, or for as long as permitted under applicable law.

If you choose to use any of the links Company includes on the Site, for example to the Company social media sites or other third-party resources, you will be leaving the Service and going to a new web site. While Company carefully choses the links on our website, Company accepts no liability whatsoever for third party sites. Protection of your privacy at those other sites will be governed by the privacy policy at that site. We’ve taken special care selecting the companies that are accessible through our website to try to ensure that they respect your privacy as we do, but please take the time to read the privacy

Company cannot guarantee the security of information on or transmitted via the Internet and makes no guarantees about your use of the Services.

8. Access & Removal
Company will allow you access to your personal information and allow you to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate information. If you would like to delete your Account, please let Company know by contacting Company at info@inoutlaw.com. For access requests please contact info@inoutlaw.com. Access will not be allowed where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to your privacy or where personal rights other than your own would be violated.
