With more than 15 years of experience, Evan specializes in representing a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large domestic and international companies, including real estate developers, REITs, investors, and lenders. His expertise spans complex real estate and business transactions, focusing on acquisitions and dispositions of various property types, including office, retail, industrial, hotel, and multi-unit apartment buildings across the United States.
In addition to his real estate work, Evan advises corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and sole proprietorships on business formation and legal matters related to running successful enterprises as well as intellectual property matters like trademark and copyrights. Evan is a seven-year recipient of the Illinois Super Lawyers award, recognized as a Rising Star—an honor awarded to just 2.5% of Illinois lawyers—since 2015, underscoring his reputation for excellence in the legal field.
Evan holds an LL.M. in Commercial Real Estate Law from The John Marshall Law School, where he graduated with Honors.
